At Mountaire Farms I do Maintenance General work. I work with PLCs, bearings,shafts,3phase motor,Voltage transfer and read from 480 to 120 down to 24 volts. I deal with relays,small transforms, disconnect boxes. Programming machines from HMI to run or perform so that it keeps up with production . Weekly PMs overtime hours. Tig welding and certification from Central Carolina Community College always from there I graduated the Maintenance Fudemental program with also getting my osha 10. I have graduated the MST course for pipeing, water valves and basic Mechanicals. I do trouble shooting in a timely manner lockout tag out approved. Forklift,airlift,one man lift, scissor lift approved and Lole approved. I use the fluke 1000 everday to trouble shoot sensors internal and external parts. Certified in air cylinders and air valves. Belts, pulleys, sprockets. I am a team member and knows what it means to keep parts good and running and saving the company money. I am a quick learner I love the industrial field and the work it allows me to do. Working extra hours or putting in more work is not a problem I have it all.
