As Sales Manager, I met with the CEO and Branch Manager weekly and gave an account for forward progress for the company. I would meet with 8-10 agents weekly to help them achieve the goals they had set through accountability, coaching, and Biblical counsel. I was the chairman of the board at Josh Barker Real Estate. I was tasked with the growth of the company and we quickly grew to the number one agency while being one of the smallest offices.

The company downsized and eliminated middle-management and I am now in sales for the company.

• As a Project Coordinator through the Shasta County Office of Education, I had experience managing a team of educators, grant writing, curriculum planning, public relations, recruitment, event planning, and program expansion.

• In this role, I created and presented adult education curriculum and taught weekly. I planned family life events with a variety of options, counseled members young and old, mentored staff members, preached from the pulpit, performed weddings, and hospital visitations. I organized program events and strived for new innovative ideas to grow as a church body and reach the lost.

• In this role, I pastored Jr. and Sr. High Ministries with a focus on administering Bible education, youth events, outreach, mission trips, summer camps, church fellowship, and pastoral care.
