Ryan Delvecchio

My role is to equip, train and deploy all of Oak Pointe's short-term mission teams. This includes all recruiting, discipleship, planning, executing training sessions and physically leading teams internationally. This role also includes leading the Mission's Committee, a team of both staff and lay volunteers who help manage the international and domestic missionaries that the church supports.

• Provide quick and reliable support for all ministry activity within the church building.
• Maintain the church grounds, including grass cutting, light landscaping and snow removal.
• Prepare the church building for all weekend worship services.

• Counseled individuals, groups and families to bring awareness of problems, deal with crisis situations and develop action plans.
• Developed and implemented intensive individualized treatment plans addressing family relationship problems, destructive patterns of behavior and other psychosocial issues.
• Guided clients in development of skills and cognitive behavioral therapy techniques.
• Tracked progress according to goals for interventions.
