I have worked In the golf shop since March 2023. I assist all members with multiple needs noted below as well as; merchandising, regripping and club repair.

• Enhanced customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and addressing inquiries in a timely manner.
• Boosted sales revenue by effectively promoting golf shop merchandise and services to customers.
• Assisted golf professionals with various tasks, including tournament preparation and execution.
• Increased repeat business through building rapport with customers, remembering preferences and offering personalized recommendations for products or services.
• Collected payments for sales transactions and issued receipts for merchandise sales, greens fees and cart and club rentals.

Outside, I oversee all cart staff and make sure the maintenance is kept up on the carts - (repairs, cleaning & stocking). I take pride in customer satisfaction and going above and beyond for our members.

A few of my best qualities are:

• Maintained a clean and safe environment for customers through regular cart inspections and repairs.
• Assisting members with loading and unloading of their bags, storing their property and making sure it is kept clean and safe
• Demonstrated excellent problem-solving skills when faced with unexpected challenges related to cart functionality or availability.
• Displaying adaptability in handling various responsibilities beyond primary role as Cart Staff Member when needed, showcasing versatility and commitment towards company goals achievement.

Provided pet care for residents living in a retirement village. Whether they were out of town or unable to care for their animal, I would go in and walk dogs, play with cats, administer medications if needed and clean up. During this time I enjoyed visiting with the residents and getting to know them.

During this time, COVID closed the complex so residents were not allowed to eat in the dining room. When I was done with my animals each day, I assisted the dining staff in delivering meals to all the residents. I worked over 50-60 hours a week to make sure all were cared for since we also lost a lot of staff during that time.
