• Planning and scheduling shut down times for PM work on machines
• Emails for machine updates, and parts/equipment needed.
• In charge of making sure the crew was maintained and completed die cleanings along with other tasks with a sense of urgency to improve downtime and Profit margin goes up.
• Maintained PM schedule and calendar to prepare for back ups just in case there were any call offs the job would still get done efficiently one time and released back to production.
• My main goal I expected from my team was first of all to work with safety precautions LOTO, a sense of urgency, breaks and lunches would be separated so that if it were more than one person someone was always at the line, and my number one rule was take accountability for your work do it to the best of your knowledge and if you don’t know then ask.
• Downtime is bad for the company and doing a the job correctly so that you don’t have to go back a second time is what I stride for. I always make my guys double check and preflight their work prior to being released to production even if it was a simple job.
• My job was to provide the team with what they needed in order to create less down time and more uptime.

• I would fix bag machines and separators which got me moved to maintenance. Along with me already having a mechanical background since I was young. Builder race cars was a hobby for me. To take something apart and put it back together to watch it run smoothly without any issues is just so fascinating to me.
• I strive to learn something new each day to better my experience in this industrial field and concor everything that’s out there.

Through taking the AIB international maintenance engeneering course it provided me with the job insight and skills I would need to work in an industrial/ mechanical field. Ranging from motors to pumps, heaters, bearings internal and external. Idle rollers, belts, pulleys, how 24, 120v, 240, and 480v motors function and operate under load. What to look for when troubleshooting a problematic motor. Drive installations programming was done through Allen Bradley’s online course. And with hands on experience with professional individuals taught me to learn what u know today. Just because I’ve accomplished to get this far in such little time doesn’t mean I’m done yet. I want to make it to the top. I will continue to absorb knowledge and experience from my coworkers and any other training courses that are provided to me.

• Thesis: My main goal and determination was to finish my school to gain more knowledge about my job/ career I was getting myself into. I not only went to school but also did hands on work at the same time which made things a lot easier to grasp

In high school I was already determined and had my mind set in what it was that I wanted to do for my career. I wanted to be a mechanic a really good one with people that looked up to me for my knowledge and experience that came with it. Through hard work and countless hours of overtime I finally achieved what I was looking for, but I’m not done yet. Once you think your okay where your at is when you start to get to comfortable with your job and stop taking in knowledge and suggestions from others. I’m always willing to to try think of a different way as long as it’s agreed apon as soon as it can be and the solution works.!

Through the process of being so lucky to have been overed this 284 contact credit course it provided me with the knowledge I needed to succeed and get me to where I am today. I don’t even not learn something new everyday I’m always thinking of new ideas and how to improve on quality and downtime.
