• Assist with general construction tasks including site preparation, cleanup, and organization throughout the workday.
• Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Operate hand and power tools as directed by supervisors.
• Help with framing, roofing, siding, and finish carpentry as needed.
• Follow blueprints or specifications to assist skilled workers with accurate installation.
• Measure, cut, and install materials according to project plans and safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and safe work site, including removal of debris and proper storage of tools.
• Assist with finishing work such as drywall installation, painting, trim, or other detail tasks.
• Support team members and contractors to complete projects on time and meet quality standards.
• Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times to prevent accidents.

• Perform MIG welding on steel components used in the manufacturing of trailer hitches and towing products.
• Read and interpret blueprints, measurements, and welding specifications to ensure accurate assembly.
• Set up welding machines, adjust settings, and prepare materials (grinding, beveling, cleaning).
• Weld structural and non-structural parts while maintaining strong weld integrity and appearance.
• Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet company quality and safety standards.
• Use tools such as grinders, torches, clamps, fixtures, and measuring instruments.
• Follow production schedules and complete assigned welds within expected timeframes.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow all safety and PPE requirements.
• Collaborate with production team members and supervisors to support workflow and resolve issues.
