With three decades of expertise in overseeing the comprehensive construction plans of the F-16 and F-35 aircraft, I have cultivated a robust relationship with both international and domestic clients throughout the production cycle. At present, I spearhead a dedicated team of over 60 professionals responsible for the application of radar absorbent material on the F-35 aircraft. My role is pivotal in coordinating with foreign dignitaries during their visits to observe our manufacturing process. In collaboration with senior management, I play an instrumental role in securing financial backing for ongoing and prospective contracts.

My professional journey encompasses a strong sales background, coupled with the adeptness to interact effectively with a diverse range of personnel, from on-the-ground workers to C-suite executives, and including government officials and international leaders. I am entrusted with a critical function in liaising with OSHA and our safety committees to guarantee our workforce’s well-being. My responsibilities extend to working closely with government auditors, leading our team in embracing our company’s culture of accountability.

As the primary liaison for Lockheed Martin’s process improvement initiatives, I have been recognized for contributing to significant cost reductions, with my innovation leading to a $38 million savings over the program’s duration.
