As Senior Manger of Technical Product Support, I believe I can effectively and efficiently oversee our teams in continuing to deliver quality, timely responses and results as it pertains to to the various job tasks that are asked of our department. I will provide assistance and guidance to our three TPS teams, and be a resource to support not only the individual contributors, but also the procurement team and Imperial Supplies as a whole. With continuing collaborative efforts with various departments ( sales, I.T. ,marketing) I am a dependable candidate successful at managing multiple priorities with a positive attitude. Under limited supervision, the Technical Product Support Manager (Inside Sales) will oversee the Technical Product Support Specialist I team and ensure that the information being provided from this team to their internal stakeholders are both accurate and timely. They will also be charged with training new team members and collaborating with other leaders in the organization to identify future continuous improvement opportunities.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
5. Identify areas of need for continuous training for the team, and provide feedback to the Sr Manager of Technical Product Support on a monthly basis.
6. Determine product group focuses for team members based on their experience and skill set attributes.
7. Implement training for new Technical Product Support Specialists team members on processes, procedures, and expectations.
8. Review and report website descriptions, technical specification, omission errors on the Imperial website to the Product Information Management team.
9. Collaborate with team leads in various parts of the organization to drive continuous improvement in the use resources available for both the team and the organization.
