Supports the technical operations of the Bone Student Center (BSC) and Braden Auditorium at Illinois State University. For the Department of Event Management, Dining, and Hospitality. It includes the oversight of performances and event technical needs, maintaining a training program for up to 30 student stagehands, and supervision of IATSE (International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees, Moving Picture Technicians, Artists & Allied Crafts) personnel.

Water test and inspection of each Rivian R1T, R1S and Amazon EDV to ensure each vehicle meets the strict quality requirements.

- Coordinated equipment, supplies and services to enable the staging of a diverse range of up to 170 production events per year in the City of Bloomington Center for the Performing Arts seating 1, 166 and Grossinger Motors Arena seating 7,000

- Supervised the work of approximately 30-100 IATSE production crew members to meet time sensitive requirements of all productions at the City of Bloomington Parks, Recreation, and Cultural Arts facilities.

- Reviewed all production contracts and technical riders to develop appropriate cost saving and safe production strategies.

Planned and supervised all maintenance, inspections and repair schedules for all production systems and inventory.

- Consulted with Performing Arts Manager regarding budgetary needs and required expenditures for each event season.

- Cultivated and maintained working relationships with a diverse group of local and international artists and production rental companies.

- Scheduled maintenance and repair as needed of ETC lighting systems, AVID Venue 48 sound console, Midas M32 sound console, EAW speaker system, and Shure ULX-D wireless microphones.

- Supported the University Design Team with regard to all lighting designs, sound designs and or production lighting issues.

Participated in the loading, strike and focus calls ensuring students learn to install equipment safely.

- Consulted with the Head of Lighting Dept. regarding acquisition and preparation of equipment through rental or purchase as required, within the agreed boundaries of the production brief and budget.

- Maintained a variety of brands of speakers and amplifiers, an ETC Ion lighting console, ETC Sensor dimmer racks, and Shure SLX wireless microphones for a 250 seat theater and 60 seat lab theater.

- Performed a broad variety of member services functions such as opening and closing accounts, renewing certificates of deposit, and assisting members with bookkeeping and checking account problems.

- Answered members’ questions regarding Credit Union services provided and performs a variety of account maintenance duties.

- Provided technical support for internal and external cellular voice and data product customers.

- Troubleshot hardware and software issues and identified network/applications issues with iPhone and Android devices.
