• Recode the forklift internal reweigh systems to be within 5lbs.
• Document monthly forklift reweighs to insure that each forklift is within 5lbs of actual weight.

Yard Check

• Document what equipment in currently in the yard, at the shop, and out of place.
• Report damages to trailers, trailer dollies, and tractors.
• Document what trailers have supplies to be used for the day.
• Find undocumented freight and report it's whereabouts so it can be returned or delivered.
• Mark down what 3rd party trailers are still in the yard so the owner can be contacted to have them returned.
• Delete 3rd party trailer data from our systems and yard database.

OSD

• Handle freight that is being returned by the customer for being damaged, short on an order, etc.
• Help customers picking up/dropping off shipments.

Office

• Learned to bill hazmat/non-hazmat shipments.
• Call customers to make appointments for delivery drop off.
