Provide technical and quality support for all product lines throughout stages of supply chain from quote to field operation
Duties include evaluating customer requests, identifying existing product solutions while coordinating with factory technical depart for product modifications, improvements, and new designs/concepts
Set up and perform field testing with mobile torque/speed transducers, strain transducers, pressure transducers and associated data logging equipment
Perform inspection and application approvals of product evaluated by customers, failure analysis of test and field warranty units
Lead and participate in customer visits and provide technical support to customers as needed
Primary contact for all customer quality needs and requests
Sales and new employee product training
Oversee assembly line updates to align with organizations production system
