I always strive to treat students with respect, and build relationships with each student, and provide equal opportunities for learning and building confidence. While working as an educator for Winfree Academy Charter School I taught students who had often been expelled from public school systems. The experience of working with challenging students was rewarding when I was able to inspire and motivate many of them to complete their education. I had many students that graduated and continued on to college. Several were first in their families to attend college.
