Eager IT professional with a passion for software development, networking, and cybersecurity.
With over 8 years of experience across multiple industries, I bring a versatile skill set and a strong work ethic to any role. Held multiple professional roles in manufacturing facilities, and a recent internship opportunity in software asset management with CoxHealth. As a member of CoxHealth, I collaborated with the Application Portfolio Coordinator to enhance the organization's internal application portfolio, focusing on data collection and analysis to present to executives. This experience has sharpened my communication, analytical, and project management skills, as well as my ability to use the ServiceNow platform.
I am eager to leverage my diverse background and strong analytical capabilities in an organization's IT role, contributing to innovative solutions, process improvements, and increased productivity.
Collaborated with the Application Portfolio Coordinator to increase the size and cohesiveness of CoxHealth's internal application portfolio as part of a 3-month project. The project involved querying each of the organization's departments for application usage data, collecting and compiling that data, and then analyzing it to find areas of improvement or potential consolidation/cost-savings. The final results and lasting impact of the project were presented to the organization's executives, including shareholders.
