Ryan Keyser

I started working out of junior year at Pinnacle high school at Wildfire Gf course at the JW Marriott in Desert Ridge. Throughout working there I have gained lots of experience with responsibility with taking care of others to make they have a great experience. This job has also taught me about being disciplined about being on time very consistently with very early start times in the morning. While working there, I have picked up a skill of only needing one alarm to wake up. This really helps me stay on time for whenever my job needs me. Throughout working at the golf course, I had picked up an interest of flying and started school through ATP. Throughout that program, I really had to put my head down and put everything I had into it and it all ended up being well worth it! Through school I earned my CSEL, CMEL, CFI, CFII, and MEI Certificates. I then became an instructor for ATP, which then challenged me to grown in other strengths with Time management, Confidence, and Communication skills. Throughout my time there my favorite thing to teach was IFR flying. I have definitely picked up IFR as one of my best skills.
