Ryan King

I have been working as a columnist for the Missourian for some time now, as a columnist I have explored the more creative side of my writing. During my time I have wrote intriguing and engaging perspectives about current topics that are meant to keep the reader turning the page.

As a reporter for the Missourian I have covered a wide spectrum of news coverage from new businesses, to accident reports, to event coverage, etc... I have received multiple accolades for story of the week on my articles through my short time with the Missourian.

During my time with KNWT I learned many valuable experiences about working on the set of a TV show. I mostly spent my time as a board operator and performed very well under high stress situations that come with running live TV.

• I voiced the games for the women's D2 volleyball team for my university which I currently attend. I took notes and kept stats in game and worked well with a team and by myself, very organized, took journalistic advances to get better notes for games.

• Internship through my highschool, in which me and a partner in the internship would record segments and edit segments that were pre recorded by the main on air voice of the show and we would edit and get them put on the schedule to be used for the live show that ran 24/7 on the radio.
