With being an Apprentice Tech, I am at the highest position a part-timer can be in. I'm qualified to run a cell or work bay; (3 to 5 people work under me), with efficiency, along with minimal to no issue's. I am aslo able to communicate with customers as well as answer any questions the customer might still have.

Learning to make the tough calls without backing down from that decision. I was able to communicate with parents or coaches on situations that needed further explanation.

Shifted between bagging groceries and collecting shopping karts.

Communicating between team members to clarify who would be in what position.

Communicating with customers to invoke conversation when bagging.
