• Oversee plant crew that is scheduled for that shift
• Walk the plant to ensure everything is working properly, see if anything needs attention, and make a plan of what everyone needs to work on for that shift
• Load train cars with coal per customer specification
• Use HMI's and MMI's to control and run the plant
• Control primary and secondary crushers and all conveyor belts
• Handle all Mayday calls throughout the mine
• Communicate with all departments to ensure the plant is running smoothly
• Fill out end of train paperwork to be sent to the customer
• Document and complete a pass down of information of what was completed and if anything went wrong during my shift so the next crew knows what is going on

Temporary Control Room Operator 2015-2016

Stacker/ Reclaimer Operator 2013-2015

○ Used the Stacker to stack coal efficiently in our storage facility

○ Used the reclaimer to take coal out of the storage facility to be loaded on the train.

○ Cleaned the storage facility during down time

○ Filled in for the control room operator in their absence

Plant Utility 2006-2013

○ Cleaned The Plant

• Test coal samples for quality

• Check all employees, contractors, and guests into and out of the mine
• Taught the contractor training course
