Accomplishments

As a part of the media relations team at The Division of Children and Family Services, I had the opportunity to represent the agency in several detailed interviews with the Plain Dealer, Channel 19, and Channel 5 news. I participated in speaking forums to educate the community, partners and service providers about the agency. Specifically, as it relates to The Sobriety Treatment and Recovery Team (START) that was implemented at CCDCFS and OHIO START. I was a leader amongst my peers assisting them with evaluation and critical thinking in regards to staff and the best interest of families. In 2010 I was awarded Social Worker of the Year and 2017 Supervisor of the Year.
