- Modified the receiving process to make it more efficient by making it a department policy that two team members verify all SKU's and quantities for incoming trailers.
- Reduced shipment errors by closely monitoring incoming product and verifying accuracy with bol's. ie.. We do a blind receiving for all internal shipments which has resulted in less errors.
