Ryan Mair-Kerr

First of all hello and thank you for taking the time to read my resume. I am A very hard worker driven to do my best and succeed in whatever I may come across. I'm determined to get the job done right no matter what it takes. I have pretty much been around retail all my life and have a great understanding of the back room inventory and how things should be in that area. I am the type of person that likes to make a difference. If hired for this position my main goal would be to try to be an asset to the company and try to do my best to help this company grow by hitting my numbers and bringing new ideas to the table. I've already been working side-by-side with sales reps and have a great understanding of what is expected for this position and how to excel in the company. I have a great communication skills. I know how to be aggressive and how to get displays in stores. In my previous job with Coca-Cola I had to communicate not only with stores but with upper management about how we could make certain stores ( mom and pa shops) grow and bring up sales because the main goal was by making them grow we grow As a unit. I am very confident in myself very driven and very determined I don't believe there's nothing I can't do and with that mindset I see nothing in my way I'm always up for a challenge and always willing to grow learn new things and keep thriving to get to the top.
