SY25 Leadership Tasks and Teams:

Lead Neil Elementary Re-engagement Committee

• This committee was tasked with organizing and operating a back to school event where families and community members could enjoy fellowship and festivities with each other while obtaining pertinent documents and materials for student registration and enrollment.
• Over two-hundred families and students in attendance

Lead Math Sub-Committee

• This team was obligated with creating a scope and sequence across all grade bands for additional instruction in Geometry and Measurement and Data.
• Met with team monthly to review and discuss data

Lead Culture & Climate Team

• This team was tasked with further developing processes and protocols surrounding recess activities, hallway, lunchroom and assembly behaviors and etiquette.

Wellness Champion

• Worked with a team of school community stakeholders to adopt a culture of physical, social and emotional wellness throughout the school.
• Met quarterly to review wellness goals and progress.
• Healthy CPS Checklist completed yearly

Experienced with educational leadership and student development. Utilizes strategic planning to improve academic outcomes and support teacher growth. Knowledge of creating collaborative environment and managing administrative tasks efficiently.
