Managed construction jobs for many different customers, provided logistic support and timely reports on progress of projects.

Managed entire construction yards, ensuring safety policies are followed, work was being completed in a timely and proficient manner and resolving any personnel issues that arose.

Issued and scheduled work while deploying crew assets where they were needed on a day to day basis, meeting any urgent needs as they arose.

Hired on at the lowest position available and worked my way up from a "groundhand" to a crew leader directing 2-6 worker construction teams.

Focused on working safely while still getting the job done in a reasonable time frame. Had 0 serious incidents in my time leading crews in the field.

Built hundreds of miles of aerial support strand, coax and fiber optic cables. Worked as a joint use crew for DTE when needed, had no issues traveling to the location of the work when needed.

Trained MANY workers, some of whom have moved on and advanced through the ranks, some of whom still actually work at Lecom.
