  • 2024 - Current Northville Psychiatric Hospital
  • 2023 -2024 McLaren Hosp. INC E234014 McLaren Flint Proton Vault Treatment Room Existing shelled vault and beam line was renovated to fit first in the world two chair designed proton therapy cancer treatment medical devices. Included CT installation, power, lighting, underground ducted raceways, control rooms, medical equipment allotments, and new Fire alarm expansion. Worked in conjunction with SSI and McLaren Physicists.
  • 2023 Comerica Park Tigers Clubhouse Renovation - Complete renovation of the Tiger’s clubhouse and locker room. Project included new distribution gear, acuity lighting design, installation of a high end commercial kitchen (not present before in area).
  • 2021-2023 LB Gratiot Builder LLC - Gratiot Exchange (Lift Build) Newly never utilized building system where the 17 story building was built from the top floor down. The progressive floors were jacked into position consecutively with glazing and all materials (carpentry and MEP) on the plate. This project included DTE vault build, all power requirements for lifting system, new building distribution, 4-meter bank floors, natural gas generator, and integrated full building fire alarm system.
  • 2020-2021 Ford Motor Co. Ford Engineering Lab Building - Study Conducted a Feasibility study of the historic 1924 FEL Ford building. This project included full investigative in-field study to identify active substation, distribution, panel boards and transformers in comparison to the as build drawings. Photo documentation, new edited as build drawings and full site equipment thermal scanning documentation was required.
  • Ford Building #4 Office Renovation - Renovation of engineering office space inside the active Building #4 Ford facility. This project included new distribution, lighting design, general power and Fire alarm expansion.
  • 2017-2020 Beaumont Health Farmington Hills - 1st and 3rd floor Renovations Renovation of 1st floor emergency patient rooms and 3rd floor ICU patient rooms. This project included new distribution, lighting design, emergency power, life safety power, general power, nurse call, low voltage and Fire alarm expansion.
  • Beaumont Farmington Hills EM Power upgrade - This project included the removal of old Hospital existing emergency backup generator in building penthouse. Re-routed all existing loads, emergency distribution and ATS control to newly built Central energy plant on campus.
  • Beaumont Royal Oak IR Replacement Removal and replacement of Interventional radiology equipment room. This included demo of old out dated equipment, installation of new distribution for medical equipment, control room new power, new lighting design and additional Fire alarm required.
  • Beaumont Farmington Hills Auto Tech Line Instillation of a Medical Automatic testing tech line. This project included power distribution, general power for conveyor and low voltage requirements for the medical equipment.
  • Beaumont Farmington Hills Deferred Maintenance This project included a complete reworking and re-routing of Life safety loads intermixed with emergency loads to bring the Botsford campus up to code compliance.
