I was involved for over 20 years by volunteering as a youth baseball coach as well as serving on the Local Association, Westside District and State Junior Baseball Organization Boards. I helped in the implementation of numerous rules, policies, guidelines and mentorship through-out 27 Westside District Associations and roughly 70 across the State of Oregon. I helped in the deescalation of conflicts and misunderstandings to ensure a peaceful resolution was established or an alternative action was upheld.
I also was a part of reestablishing High School bowling for boys and girls with in the Beaverton School District for 5 years, developing roles and responsibilities within USBC and the school district guidelines.
My team and I were the first to establish and publish a Records Management Policy during (at the time) the Afghanistan war in 2011. It was the first over the first 10 years in U.S. history that large amounts of records both paper and electronic were ever obtained and captured through a developed and streamline policy. This lead to numerous Senate and Congressional hearings, investigations and policy change along with many documentaries about the Afghanistan war.
