Summary

As an HCM Project Manager, I leverage my technical and business expertise to provide end-to-end HCM solutions for clients across various industries. I analyze and elicit their requirements, design and configure the system, conduct testing and training, and provide post-implementation support. I also have just been elected for an additional 4 years as Board Secretary for a religious non-profit. In this role I play a heavy hand in all operations of the organization, and provide technical documentation and strategic input; while overseeing various internal projects.

  • Project management for HCM and non-HCM projects. Highlights include full responsibility for an internal CRM & Ticketing migration and two VOIP migrations, among others
  • Product Management - In this position I managed an internally developed Labor tracking solution for the Agriculture industry. Everything from the marketing material to the work given to developers and strategy for the product, was on my shoulders.
  • Data Integration - Serving as the data integration resource for the company, oversaw the creation and implementation of a variety of HCM data integrations with legacy systems and reporting, including some custom programmed by myself.
