  • Led diverse team of Government and contract personnel preparing the program for Early Operational Assessment of OPF-M and supported the execution of $15 million in funding.
  • Appointed Contracting Officer Representative on the Middle Tier Acquisition pathway, Other Transaction Authority (OTA) contract vehicle with a non-traditional DoD vendor with a FYDP budge value of over $250 million.
  • Developed OPF-Dismounted contract strategy, task organized a new team, and provided planning guidance and schedule for a new start program of record.
  • Managed the program closeout of OPF-M and supported the successful program designation of OPF-Light and the successful award of three contracts valued over $16M in total.

  • Expertly incorporated Amphibious Assault Vehicle Platoon into a tight-knit company and deployed with the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) as the Mechanized Infantry Company.
  • Conducted four amphibious assaults throughout the Pacific Theater in support of the MEU Commanders Expeditionary Advanced Base Operations plan.
  • Deployed as the Headquarters and Service Company Commander in support of Special Purpose Marine Air Ground Task Force (MAGTF) – Central Command and was responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of all functional areas of the battalion.

  • Managed the cold weather and mountain equipment procurement portfolio valued over $23 million.
  • Executed over $4 million in FY2018 to increase the over-the-snow mobility and cold weather capabilities of the MAGTF.
  • Acquired a contract for 1,500 military ski systems worth $1.7 million to provide a much-needed upgraded capability to the MAGTF.
  • Successfully completed the Mountain Warfare Training Center Summer Mountain Leader Course in an effort to better understand the equipment portfolio and led to the improved readiness of over $300 thousand in equipment upgrades at the schoolhouse.
