  • Maintain and perform daily operations on the Lysite Compressor and Dehy to include, but not limited to, taking daily readings, maintaining fluid levels, replacing valves, belts, spark plugs, etc., as needed. Keep in compliance with gas specs by adjusting pump rates and temperature levels.
  • Maintain line pressures and liquids by pigging. Western Midstream has over 30 miles of pipeline that range from 4 inches to 16 inches, which I oversee and prepare reports for in the Lysite area.
  • Perform field valve upkeep to ensure consistent operational efficiency through timely part servicing.
  • I am responsible for staying in compliance with measurement calibrations and gas samples and repairing meters.
  • Perform monthly inspections and reports for the Lysite compressor yard and quarterly inspections for gas leaks using FLIR detection.

  • During this time, I was a relief pumper for Chevron via Triple L. My duties were to maintain Dehys, compressors, separators, heater treaters, tank levels, production volumes, pumps, methanol systems/tanks/pumps, and removing hydrates from equipment and piping.
