• Estimating/Preconstruction/Sales—estimates, walk potential projects, negotiate contracts, order material, maintain inventory, sell work on quality & delivery of a superior product–not a low number, and work closely with manufacturers and suppliers to be first to market with new technologies
• Project Management—manage 5-week look-ahead schedule, 1-week look-ahead schedule and daily schedule, set and manage owner/GC expectations/schedules, manage changes/field directives, provide product support, act as QA/QC, and arrange training for crews● Accounting/HR— assist with hiring field employees, raises, terminations, progress billings, and submitting certified payroll
• Product knowledge – concrete surface preparation, polished concrete (trowel polishing, Husqvarna equipment/tooling), sealed/densified concrete, joint repair/filler (polyureas, epoxy joint fill, polymer repair), overlays (polishable, stamp, micro-topping, etc.), coatings (Key Resin & Dur-A-Flex mainline used – urethane cement, epoxies, wall coatings, etc.) ○ Can expand further upon request
