  • Handled all production equipment issues on a daily basis. Limited only to the modification of a safety circuit or safety logic controls without consulting controls engineer. Eagle Bend is Allen-Bradley exclusive for PLC controllers.
  • Maintained Spot, projection weld, and MIG weld cells on cold roll stamping, hot-stamped forms and aluminum assemblies.
  • Maintained Fanuc, ABB, Panasonic, and Motoman robots.
  • Maintained Bosch, Fronius, Lincoln, Miller, and Medar welding equipment.
  • Maintained roll process forming equipment.
  • Eagle Bend was the first in North America to launch hot-stamped boron steel. I was 1 of 3 maintenance team members assigned to the launch to work along side process engineers developing reliable results from spot and projection weld equipment.
  • Charter member of Continuous Improvement committee in 2017.
  • Regularly assigned thru-put projects related to machine efficiency, as well as engineering changes to existing processes.
  • Contributed as an 8D team member to identify root cause and implement best possible corrective actions to prevent any future quality concerns.
