  • Was hired for the Customer Care Representative position. Worked out in the stockroom for about two months to learn the basics of the parts department. Then, moved into the parts department office to work as a Customer Care Rep where I currently am at now. I've grown to understand the company a lot better and learned lots about the parts that go into these lift trucks and also have grown to know some customers well. I've built more more experience using programs such as Excel and Quipware and continue to look to improve my knowledge of the company.

  • As a field investigator my job is to case prep the day before and go out to the claimant's residence the next day and begin surveillance. During surveillance I would set up a suitable surveillance position and wait for activity. Once the claimant is active I would then tail them, film them, and document there activities at the end of the day while using Microsoft Word to write a report. Certain cases will be activity checks meaning I would have to locate vehicles and run the plates, and possibly talk to neighbors. Which would then set up surveillance for the remaining days.
