- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on Alstom rail systems, including trains, signaling equipment, and infrastructure.

- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues, and implement appropriate solutions in a timely manner.

- Conduct inspections, testing, and repairs in accordance with company and industry standards.

- Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work, and report any issues or concerns to the appropriate personnel.

- Adhere to strict safety protocols and regulations at all times.

-Perform oil changes, tire rotations, filter replacements, and other minor maintenance tasks on vehicles

-Conduct thorough inspections to identify any potential issues and make recommendations for necessary services

-Communicate with customers to explain services and answer any questions or concerns they may have

-Keep accurate and detailed records of services performed and parts used

-Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with company standards and safety protocols

-Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, manufacturer recommendations, and industry standards

-Assist in other areas of the service center as needed
