  • As an Assistant Manager and Lead Server for the casual fine dining culinary venture of BeachLife Music Festival, I supported staff and restaurant operations in a high volume environment. I prepared staff schedules, maintained professional communication with vendors, and assisted management with day-to-day responsibilities. As a server I ensured an efficient, joyful dining experience for our guests and often was acknowledged for my outstanding sales.

  • As a Production Assistant at an events company, I worked directly with the food & beverage coordinator to provide product, service staff and full scale production for festivals, concerts and experiential events.
