  • Increased the pre owned inventory from 120 cars up to 240 cars
  • Purchase cars at all types of auctions, physical, online, or off the street.
  • Started and run the Kelly Blue Book Instant Cash Offer Purchasing Center at Subaru.
  • Increased the inventory turn rate from 6 times a year to 8.3 times a year by implementing a more aggressive pricing strategy.
  • Helped to streamline the reconditioning process to get cars to the front line in 3 days or less. Previously it was taking over a week.
  • Desking deals and appraising cars for sales.
  • Implemented a service trade up appraisal program at the Subaru and KIA stores to capitalize on retaining trades from our own customers.
