I am currently employed as a Service Desk Analyst at Pole Star Defense, where I use Salesforce and AWS services to support vessel operators and assist the US Coast Guard through AMVER. Alongside my job, I am pursuing an associate degree in data science from St. Petersburg Community College and working towards CompTIA and AWS certifications to enhance my skills. My experience is not limited to maritime security. I have also worked as a Veterinary Assistant at Island Life Animal Hospital, providing compassionate care to animals and assisting with clinical operations, improving my adaptability and problem-solving skills. Furthermore, as an Assistant Manager at Panera Bread, I developed my leadership and customer service skills and fostered a culture of warmth and growth within the team. With a solid educational background and diverse professional experience, I can bring a mix of technical expertise, empathy, and leadership to any role I undertake.
