Throughout the many jobs and companies that I have worked for and trained with over the past 20 years, I have trained to manage up to multiple crews of personal and various projects commercial and residential. After the military, the bulk of my work has been in commercial construction and building my way up from an apprentice to a superintendent within a 6 year time period. While completing an apprenticeship with the carpenters union under the "Helmets to Hardhats" program, I was influenced to go back to college and finish my degree in Project Management. I've ways had a strong desire to either own my own company, or work in the operations management level for a reputable company. I broke away during covid to form a startup residential construction company with my wife focusing on siding/windows/roofs/decks.
