I managed the front desk at a thriving optometric practice. My duties included all forms of public relations including patient scheduling, billing, customer service, answering calls, interacting with salesmen, and interceding when a patient was unhappy so we could convert it to a pleasant experience. My primary role was ensuring the office ran in an efficient manner.

I produced, wrote and acted in the NtTV original show "Beyond Ancient Mysteries". I managed a team of approximately 15 people to create a production on a local television station. This included setting up auditions hiring actors and crew, designing sets, team building, management of employees, and adhering to strict deadline constraints.

I was the host of two shows on public television . “Thursday Afternoon News” segment and “Denton Eats”. In this position, I researched interesting restaurants in the Denton area, set up and then interviewed the owners of the restaurant, edited the segment and then presented the segment live on television.
