Cooking is my passion, and I will always strive to put out the best dish I can. I have worked in some high-volume restaurants across San Diego. I can cook anything your heart desire's, but I always gravitate toward Asian and Mexican flavors, with French techniques.

Affiliations

  • I have enjoyed cooking my entire life. I started my culinary journey when I was a child. I have always had a lot of questions about cooking and how things are made. To this day, I am still very much the same way, always trying new foods and new techniques to further my culinary journey. I have a strong passion for what I want to do with my life, whether that's starting a new catering company or starting my own salsa business; I will always push forward and upward.

  • I won a scholarship to attend the CIA in Napa Valley for a couple of weeks and learn a semester's worth of classes in that short amount of time
  • Opened books and records as the opening chef, and was able to obtain 4.5 stars or higher on OpenTable and Yelp
  • Came in 2nd place in the del mar food and wine festival with over 200 stalls
