• Unload products and goods from incoming transportation trucks.

I left my job at Fedex Logistics in July 2021 when I moved from Buffalo, NY to Myrtle Beach, SC to be closer to my family. I have not held an official job since moving to Myrtle Beach but I have been working odd jobs on the side like Dog walking, Dog sitting, Lawn care and selling on Ebay.

• Load/unload floor loads or palletized freight on and off trucks using forklift, pallet jacks, pickers, and reach-trucks when needed.
• Received and sorted inventories by SKU, Customer, PO# etc, process damage exceptions.
• Handled and sorted returns or inbound freight logging or input in WMS system.
• Removed selected cartons from shipments for customs examinations and/or distribution/re-forwarding.
• Handled small parcel shipping using FedEx, UPS and USPS software as well as participate in training other employees on this process.
• Managed multiple accounts, understanding various SOPs, including direct customer contact.
• Participated in and took responsibility of special projects through completion.
• Involved directly in billing activities including recording inventory levels and double-checking counts.
• Routinely managed customer specific shipping activities to include picking customer orders/order fulfillment.
• Reconciled paperwork and cargo on both Shipping & Receiving.
• Received Ford Motor Company parts from all their distributors and combined into a daily northbound shipment to Ford Canada.
