I began my journey in Panda as a counter help. As I learned and excelled in my role I saw the opportunity for growth in professional development and personal finances. I made the decision to peruse my promotion towards management roles. As a shift leader I saw my strengths in leading and developing strong relationships with my team and guests. As an assistant manager I discovered my curiosity for business, which lead me to take on personal development and trainings. This then lead to my promotion to general manager. As a general manager I uncovered my passion for training and development, marketing, and community outreach. I am confident in the skillsets I have learned throughout my roles in Panda, and I am excited to transition into marketing roles as I continue to expand my skills and experiences.
