  • Organize and Audit co-manufacturers QA related documents to ensure compliance with Boar’s Head standards (i.e. Annual GFSI audit reports, CAPAs, Nutritional Documents, COAs, Allergen forms, Weight & Tare, any other product claims, etc.), as applicable.
  • Conduct food safety and product quality audits across various locations, including food service operations, retail store operations, manufacturing facilities, and food distribution outlets.

  • Generate and analyze supplier scorecards and other reports to identify trends in distribution and/or co-manufacturing product complaints.
  • Address and follow up on customer complaints to ensure that our current inventory remains uncompromised throughout the distribution system.
  • Coordinate the communication process regarding product disposition, including placement on QA hold and/or release throughout the distribution network.
  • Oversee and assist QA technicians with their daily responsibilities as needed, such as product slicing, truck audits, and deli inspections.
  • Log Local Purveyor concerns into the QMS (Tracegains) Customer Feedback system and ensure that Local Purveyors receive follow-up calls where necessary.
