• Fit and welding of nozzles and piping connected to pressure vessels.
• Made weld repairs inside pressure vessels according to client work order and code.

• Blinding and LOTO procedure to ensure zero energy on equipment.
• Clean catalyst and dispose of hazardous waste appropriately.
• Use rigging to lift heavy parts.
• Use of torque and tensioning equipment for heads on reactors. And to bolt other process equipment.
• Layout and fit using blue prints for new tray installation.
• Removing pumps and valves as requested by client.
