- Implemented a commercial SAP monitoring platform (ProMonitor) replacing the SAP solution I previously wrote.
- Grew team from 3 to 11 employees.
- POC'ed GIT-OPs approaches to monitoring configuration management for Nagios, Zenoss, and LogicMonitor as well as auto remediation tools based around Ansible.
- Wrote Terraform and python script for implementing new LogicMonitor collectors.
- Briefly managed Gitlab and ELK stack implementations.

- Developed custom monitoring scripts for unique system requirements, ensuring all essential components were accurately tracked in Nagios and Zenoss monitoring systems.
- Rewrote SAP monitoring suite for use in Zenoss utilizing python, SQL, and available ABAP modules. Saved company 375k in Tidal license renewal costs.
- Monitoring scope was very wide as an MSP was often taking over management of customers existing infra, applications, and OS across 20,000+ devices. Monitoring also went up the application stack to low level APM including synthetics and simple http transactions.
