Oversee the development and documentation of the Garden's living collection

• Manage propagation, production, development of nursery facilities and operations, provide horticultural and collections management training to staff, and manage plant records
• Collaborate with the botany team to organize and participate in monthly wild collection trips, and work with various ministries and foreign
• NGO's to aid in developing the garden
• Assist with RBG master plan and organize and implement restoration planting projects with interpretive and educational components funded by foreign nonprofit organizations.

• Manage day-to-day operations, maintain plant material at retail quality, propagate woody and herbaceous plants for living collections and retail sales
• Teach workshops to staff and visitors on the pruning and maintenance of California native plants
• Work within the Veterans Administration
• Occupational Therapy Program to train disabled veterans for careers in the sustainable horticulture industry.

• Managed Israeli endangered flora project: collected, propagated, and curated wild seed and cuttings
• Mapped collections using GIS and utilized old records to create a current inventory of living collections
• Managed groups of volunteers and propagation in the nursery for the grounds and tropical conservatory.
