* Unload and receive incoming merchandise

• Trained and mentored new hires on navigating the electronic medical records software as well as educated them on accurate coding and procedures for the following medical services - Emergency Room, Ear Nose Throat, Endoscopy, and Wound Care.
• Maintained highest patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPPAA guidelines.
• Guarded against fraud and abuse by verifying all coded data accurately reflected services provided.
