The LPN performs core nursing duties, including monitoring patients' vital signs, administering medications, providing wound care, assisting with activities of daily living, and maintaining patient records. This role involves working within a healthcare setting, likely in a correctional facility, and requires the LPN to collaborate with a healthcare team to develop and implement care plans, report changes in patient condition, and provide direct patient support.

The LVN works under RN supervision, assessing patients' needs and initiating an individualized plan of care. Working concurrently with all shifts for continuity of care. Maintaining satisfactory relations with each department and nursing unit. As well as participating in all phases of education, maintenance of records, and skills of personnel. The LVN reports to the RN, DON, or CEO.

• The CMA role involves assisting with direct patient care, including personal hygiene, grooming, nourishment, and providing personal care. CMAs in this unit also administer and distribute medications, maintain a safe environment, and perform necessary documentation. The CMA is responsible for counting sharps and narcotics and reporting all discrepancies; as well as reporting all medication errors or discrepancies to the LVN or RN.
