As of now I am locating lines for Oklahoma Natural Gas out of Tulsa, Oklahoma. Through this job I have been able to build important skills. Such as communication, situational awareness, and making a safe physical working space. These are key skills I personally have noticed I use a lot day to day. Communication, often I have to go speak with customer as well as between my supervisor and peers. I believe it is important to have a better perseption and understanding on an issue. Situational awareness, every day I have to cross streets, enter back yards, and access property. It is important to be aware of on coming traffic, pets, or people. Safe physical working space, since I have started at ONE Gas they have made it clear that safety is the main priority to a worker. I have a better under standing how to work and minimize chances of injury.

• Was responsible for putting interrupters out
• Took pipe to soil readings.
• Checked rectifiers on/off cycle and what kind of interruption its getting.
• Changed copper sulfate out of rods and made sure they were properly calibrated.
• Located pipeline.
• Picked copper wire.
• Troubleshoot systems and equipment and ran tests to make effective recommendations.
• Participated in training to maintain technical expertise and proficiency on applicable equipment.
• Operated various diagnostic tools to determine repair plans.
• Inspected and validated repairs before delivery.
• Utilized hand tools and epoxy to safely splice cables.
• Updated logs and job reports for completed and pending service calls at shift end.
• Followed safety practices to safeguard against injury and damage to property.
