- I also got IP addresses to devices that require static IP addressing such as printers and Avaya phones
- Restarted servers and switches when necessary along with troubleshooting network problems ranging from unplugged devices to stolen IP addresses, to spanning tree loops.
- Here I was the first person that people called when they were experiencing basic IT problems.
