Hello, my name is Rylan Moore. I’ve worked as a Pro Shop Attendant and a Sales Associate at Forever 21, where I focused on giving great customer service and keeping things organized. In the pro shop, I managed the golf equipment and made sure the facility was always clean and inviting. At Forever 21, I kept the store running smoothly and took care of the retail space to make sure everything looked just right.
I took pride in staying on top of inventory, making sure things were in their place and easy to find. This helped the shop run better and made customers happier with their experience. I was always motivated to do my best, especially when it came to sales. I loved helping customers find exactly what they needed and sharing what I knew about different products.
In both roles, I used my problem-solving skills to create a positive shopping atmosphere. Whether it was changing the store layout for better visibility or just listening to what customers needed, I always tried to make every visit enjoyable.
