I spun at Bastrop high school for three years and became captain on my final year. I then marched for the Bobcat Marching Band color guard at Texas State University for four years. I lead and taught the guard for two years while marching for BMB. While in college, I spun for the independent indoor guard ATX Winter guard for two years where we made WGI world Finals in 2021 in Independent A class and performed in Dayton, Ohio at WGI finals in 2022 in Open class. I started teaching for Bastrop high school in 2021 for the 2022 season, working closely with my former guard director with the Varsity and Junior Varsity group. While working there, the varsity group made State for the first time in the program's history and continued to make state for three years consecutively as well medaling in 2022. In the fall of 2022, I was offered the position of head guard director at San Marcos high school and increased the size of the program from four students to twenty-five in the span of two years. Under my direction, I turned a dying program into a thriving organization that has won many awards.
