Over the course of a month, I spent time with the management team over 10 restaurants. Restaurant styles included; upscale dining, bars, and casual dining. Learned to execute different management styles. Identified the aspects of business that were contributing to restaurant success, as well as what was not allowing the restaurants to reach their full potential. To address these concerns, I created procedures & training manuals based on the information gathered to be implemented company wide.
